The Brooklynite - who was driv ing the getaway car the night in 1993 his dim-witted gang broke into the wrong house and killed a Staten Island housewife - has been in L.A., where he was spotted at the Xenii party Saturday night at 3 a.m. with Doron Ophir and Allison Melnick. Our source - who recalls, "He once picked me up by my neck after I said something drunk and silly back in '97" - says, "He was all smiles. We talked and he said he's hanging in L.A. 'indefinitely.' "
